Welcome to the J T Reffell Memorial School
Chief J T Reffell and his wife Phebean Menneh Victoria Reffell founded the Reffell School in Freetown during 1940, for poor and inner city children who are economically disadvantaged.
Today the school has an enrolment of nearly 600 students and is located in cramped classrooms at Tower Hill. As a non-assisted school, funds are urgently needed for the new building and for the improvement of the current facilities at Tower Hill.
